Chairman & CEO - Dev Randhawa is an experienced CEO with a strong track record of growing resource, mining exploration and energy companies.  Northern Miner Magazine named him 'Mining Person of the Year 2013' and Finance Monthly awarded him with their 'Deal Maker of the Year 2013' award.  Currently he is the CEO of Fission Uranium and Fission 3.0 Corp.

Mr. Randhawa founded Strathmore Minerals Corp. in 1996 and remained CEO until September 2008. In 2007, Dev Randhawa spun Fission Energy Corp. out of Strathmore to focus on uranium exploration in Saskatchewan.  He remained as CEO and Chairman until the company sold its Waterbury Lake discovery and a large selection of its assets to Denison Mines in 2013.  Fission Uranium Corp. was spun out with the remaining Fission Energy assets as part of the agreement with Denison.

In 2011 Fission Energy was named a TSX Venture 50(r) Company.  "The TSX Venture 50(r) are the top 10 companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, in each of the five major industry sectors - mining, oil & gas, technology & life sciences, diversified industries and clean technology - based on a ranking formula with equal weighing given to return on investment, market cap growth, trading volume and analyst coverage.  All data was as of December 31, 2010."

Dev Randhawa received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with honours from Trinity Western College of Langley, British Columbia in 1983 and received his Master in Business Administration from the University of British Columbia in 1985.

Vice President of Corporate Development & CFO - Greg Downey obtained his Certified Management Accountant designation in 1992 and is a member of the Certified Management Accountants of British Columbia. He also holds a diploma in Business Administration from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.

Mr. Downey has over 25 years of diverse financial experience in the oil and gas, manufacturing, construction and the public sectors. Mr. Downey has provided business advisory and financial accounting services to many medium and large size organizations.


Director - Ross McElroy is a professional geologist with nearly 30 years of experience in the mining industry.  He is the winner of the PDAC 2014 Bill Dennis award for exploration success and the Northern Miner "Mining Person of the Year 2013".  He has comprehensive experience with working and managing many types of mineral projects from grass roots exploration to feasibility and production.

Mr. McElroy has held positions with both major and junior mining companies, which include BHP Billiton, Cogema Canada (now AREVA), and Cameco.  He was a member of the early stage discovery team of the MacArthur River uranium deposit.

Mr. McElroy was part of the hugely successful Fission Energy Corp. team as President, COO and Chief Geologist.  He headed up the technical team that made the discovery at Waterbury Lake, SK and Fission Uranium  Corp.'s PLS discovery.  Mr. McElroy received a Bachelor's Degree in Science, with a Specialization in Geology from the University of Alberta in 1987 and is a registered professional geologist in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Nunavut/Northwest Territories.

Director – Rich Matthews heads up the marketing team for Fission Uranium (TSX:FCU), a multiple award-winning exploration and development company.  He is also in charge of investor relations and marketing for Fission 3.0 Corp. (TSX-V:FUU).

Mr. Matthews previously led the marketing team for Fission Energy Corp. (TSX-V:FIS), which was named a Top 50 TSX-V company for its performance.  Fission Energy was sold to Denison Mines (TSX:DML) in 2013.
