Chairman, CEO-  Dev Randhawa is an experienced CEO with a strong track record of growing resource, mining exploration and energy companies.  Northern Miner Magazine named him 'Mining Person of the Year 2013' and Finance Monthly awarded him with their 'Deal Maker of the Year 2013' award.  Currently he is the CEO of Fission Uranium and Fission 3.0 Corp.

CFO - Ryan Cheung is the founder and managing partner of MCPA Services Inc., Chartered Professional Accountants, in Vancouver, BC. Leveraging his experience as a former auditor or junior venture and resource companies, Mr. Cheung serves as a director and/or officer or consultant for public and private companies providing financial reporting, taxation and strategic guidance.  He has been an active member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia (formerly Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia) since January 2008.  Mr. Cheung holds a Diploma in Accounting from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from the University of Victoria.

 

 
   

Director - David Ward is a past VP of Corporate Development for Fission Energy and has served on the board Jalna Minerals Ltd. Mr. Ward is the founder and Chief Executive of Keatswilliam Management Ltd. providing management consulting services to a range of private and public companies for more than 20 years. 

 
   

Director – Rich Matthews heads up the marketing team for Fission Uranium (TSX:FCU), a multiple award-winning exploration and development company.  He is also in charge of investor relations and marketing for Fission 3.0 Corp. (TSX-V:FUU).

Mr. Matthews previously led the marketing team for Fission Energy Corp. (TSX-V:FIS), which was named a Top 50 TSX-V company for its performance.  Fission Energy was sold to Denison Mines (TSX:DML) in 2013.
